Hello there!
I’m Damon, a Sydney-based Photographer and busy father of two boys.
Words have never been my strong suit, but it's through visuals that I've truly found my voice. Over the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of capturing elegant weddings, embarking on fine art projects, and directing a diverse range of motion work, spanning from award-winning commercials to feature-length documentaries, and everything in between.
Weddings have quickly become my most favourite occasions to capture. I adore witnessing those fleeting moments, the split seconds that will never happen again, and it's a great privilege to be tasked with preserving these moments.
Approach
My shooting style is relaxed and unobtrusive, aimed at creating an environment where you and your guests can fully immerse yourselves in every moment. I shoot from the heart. My primary focus is to capture the genuine and heartfelt emotions that unfold on your wedding day and transform them into timeless images.
Drawing on my extensive experience as a Director, I simply create an environment where everybody not only feels at ease in front of the camera but, ideally, forgets its presence altogether. I provide gentle guidance when necessary, always ensuring that we're having a great time together.
